On February 7th, Xuyang Zhao, the digital artist and co-founder of THEXII NFT, visited the BitWell community and brought a wonderful sharing with the theme “THEXII NFT!”

Cathy: What is THEXII NFT and its relation with Straight Fire and what are you trying to accomplish with this project?
Xuyang Zhao: THEXII is powered by Straight Fire. Straight Fire is a Web3 start-up bridging the real world with the Metaverse, through building the world’s first NFT Social dApp and creating totally unique NFT collections. We see THEXII as a new metaverse brand. And this first 12012 NFT collection is the entry tickets to THEXII-VERSE — the world that we are creating based on THEXII NFTs.
Cathy: Could you tell us the benefits and advantages of holding and using THEXII NFTs?
Xuyang Zhao: First I want to say, everything starts and ends with our community; everything we do, we do this for the community. We have merely created the foundation for the community to thrive on further development. And here are a few benefits to the holders:
- The first benefit to the holder is, the NFT collations are the ticket to THEXII-VERSE. Only then, if you hold one, you can benefit from the development of the whole Verse. THEXII-VERSE includes partnering with brands and IPs, creating new NFT collections, developing gaming elements. The latest roadmap and website with more details will launch soon;
- We’ve created a share/create to earn model in the social dApp. By using THEXII NFTs, you can earn in the social dApp;
- By holding THEXII NFTs, you are able to unlock digital perks;
- Them, new NFT collections will follow, and you will eligible to participate. (Partnerships);
- Unlock physical perks, like offline events, streetwear.
Cathy: What do you need to get started on THEXII NFT?
Xuyang Zhao: Very simple, you need a digital wallet, join THEXII Discord, get whitelisted, and follow our announcements step by step.
Cathy: Please tell us more about your NFTs. What are the utilities?
Xuyang Zhao: The topic of THEXII NFT is Asian Zodiac Retold. It is created and initiated by two artists, Xuyang Zhao(digital & 3D artist) and Jimmy Huang(Photographer). Obviously, the 12,012 hand-drawn 3D Zodiacs are a feast for the eye, but they are so much more. As said before, the NFT is your entry ticket into THEXII-verse, a constellation of 12 worlds, one for each animal. Steeped in ancient cultures, future fantasies, and a rhapsody of human emotions, these worlds are different and together form one. United by all 12 animals, the Guardians of THEXII-verse. Each NFT unlocks varying levels of access and perks for its owner, so keep at least one and use it as your THEXII passport.”
To add one thing, SFIRE has been selected as the payment token within THEXII worlds to unlock exclusive perks and to fuel the ecosystem.
Cathy: Where are you on your roadmap? Any exciting news you would like to announce here today?
Xuyang Zhao: We’ve started to build TEHXII-VERSE specifically the world of the OX, and further developing the world of other Zodiacs with our community.
Besides that, we are working on many partnerships with existing IPs, celebrities, and musicians to co-create some of the worlds with them.
At the same time, we are developing the NFT social dApp with a beta version planned for April (including the share/create to earn model).
