The lawsuit stems from Bloomberg Businessweek article on June 23 describing Changpeng Zhao (CZ), “Can Crypto’s Richest Man Survive the Winter? ”, but Modern Media changed the title of the Chinese version to “Changpeng Zhao’s Ponzi Scheme”.
